Refund policy

At Trend Forge HQ, we take pride in creating premium, made-to-order apparel. Because our products are printed specifically for you upon ordering, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.

If your item arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us at viralprinthq@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will immediately send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations: Because our robots start printing your shirt almost instantly, we can only accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.

Wrong Size / Changed Mind: We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please double-check our size chart before ordering!
